99' LX 5pd Accord 1457 CEL scan code..what does it mean ?

    it means you have an evaporitive leak between the fuel tank and the
    engine, smoke machine is the easiest way to diag, if you live up north
    it's likely the two way bypass valve.

    Where is the 2-way bypass valve located on this model year ??

    right on the side of the evap canister by the tank, if it looks crusty
    it's a likely candidate, it has a 1/2" or better hose going to it.

    Would you know the complexity of removing the IP to replace a gauge lamp ?
