ABS not working on modified 96 Prelude

    Hi all,

    I have a 96 Prelude Si that has been modified with a VTEC head and ECU.
    (Prior owner). The ECU is a 96 P13.

    The problem is the ABS light is on (continuously from startup) and ABS
    doesn't work.

    The dealer says the code is "1-2 Pump Circuit". They checked the Relay,
    Fuses, Wire Continuity, and Ground, and found all OK. At that point they
    said it was probably the modifications that were causing the problems...

    Anybody have any ideas? Do you think it's really be the computer... (The
    check engine light is NOT on...) Where would you focus the diagnosis?
