Has anyone had a problem with rattles in your 2003 Accord? Mine seem to be
coming from the dash or the foam in the ceiling.

I have precisely the same problem. This must be a wide spread flaw. If
anyone knows the cause I'd love to hear it.

Just as a data point, I've heard no squeaks or rattles on my 03 EX-L.
My wife and I just took it on a thousand mile trip. She hears better
than I do, but never mentioned any strange noises.

The rear plastic panel behind the back seats rattle in my Accord LX-G. I
also hear a rattle from both front doors when I listen to music with a fair
amount of bass. The rattle in the doors goes away though if I drop the
windows down about a milimeter so I assume it's the glass rattling and not
the panel itself. I've mentioned it to the dealer but they said the only
way to try and fix that would be to remove the panels and put some filler in
there. I'm hesitant to let them do that because once those panels are
removed, they never sit right again so it could end up making the problem
worse. So far I've only used the factory stereo since I haven't had a
chance to have my subwoofers installed yet. If their bass drowns out the
rattles then I'll be happy, but if it makes it worse, then I'll be getting
    the dealer to fix it.

Could this be the recall that he's reffering to? It affects certain models
equipped with the V6 engine. There is a flaw in the timing belt tensioner
which could lead to the premature failure of the timing belt.

No. I just received a notice from Honda yesterday for my 03 EX-L (4
cyl). Two items. One is a weak clamp on a air or vacuum line in the
engine compartment. The other is described as a "no reverse"
condition. As they describe it, if you are stuck in snow (their
example) and rock the car between reverse and drive several times and
get the wheels going some specified speed, you can lose reverse. My
impression is that you lose the ability to shift into reverse, not
actually lose reverse in the transmission. Something like lockouts to
keep you from shifting into reverse while driving forward. It is a
little confusing the way it is written.

I have a similar problem. The rattle, which is very slight, seems to be coming from the top window guides on both front doors.
