What kind of problems have you had with your HAH. The only issue we have so
far is an occassional buzzer starting under the dash when we go in reverse.
Has happened only 3 times and haven't mentioned it to the dealer.
Interesting idea about the headlights voltage.

  2. Stumbling, misfiring idle - ongoing since purchased.
Blinking engine light at WOT - since purchased, maybe fixed now.
Engine light on for improper valve clearance.
Tire pump sized up and blew fuses.
Lugnuts on one wheel were soft and broke.
Various transmission glitches that cause torque converter cycling,
inappropriate shifting, tire squealing jerks, and the infamous slowdown
when stepping on the gas - partially fixed by software updates.
Door switch for interior lamp broke off.
Various IMA glitches that cause dangerous surging or lunging, and dead
IMA battery in heavy traffic - partially fixed by software updates.
Climate control 15F too cold after leaving car in sun due to heat under
    the dashboard.
    Warped rotors - new problem.
Howling and buzzing intermittently from front passenger wheel.

Some people complain that the ANC goes nuts and makes a noise like a
shaking bag. I found that to be a problem with flimsy speakers. It
behaves better with new speakers but the car is still somewhat quieter
    with it disconnected.

This car pretty much spends two days in the shop every other month.
Most of it's due to the engine light coming on or flashing. The next
visit will be about the rotors and the return of the misfiring idle. I
feel like I drive an old beater.

Have you checked the lemon law in your state. Or considered arbitration.
All you need to know is in the manuals that come with the car. I would
enter arbitration to get the car replaced.

Always do arbitration first unless you are nearing the statute of
limitations for the lemon law. Lemon law will probably require a lawyer.
A fair arbitrator will give dealer one more chance to fix car or you get new
one. Also treat dealer as your friend with both processes. You will be
fighting Honda, not the dealer so keep dealer on your side.

there's law firms that specialize in this stuff. if they'll take your
case, you'll win. with a documented history like this, it's a
no-brainer. iirc, you won't even pay the lawyer fees.

lemon-law it. get rid of it.

  7. There's a process to the lemon law and I've started it. The car might
actually get fixed from this process, though. Either way works for me.
I just don't want to be leaving the warranty period with a car that acts
like there's already 200K miles on it.
