accord 92 hesitates

    I all ! I bought Honda accors 1992 lx and enjoy it a lot but recently
    discovered a problem like....

    When I accelerate the motor seems to hesitate (not too much but enough
    to make me go MAD)and gas millage is rising, I'm like 9 to 10 km for 1
    litre.

    When I rev... to about 2000 rpm steady... it runs like fire would miss
    (not the case)IT'S NOT A STEADY REV...t belt ok plugs too !!! EGR
    valve brand new (honda)

    I dont know what else to say except HELP !!!!!

    any suggestion ???
