Acura RL vs Japanese Legend

    Hiya,

    Was the 1996 Acura RL and the 1996 Japanese Legend made in the same
    car plant? If so, are the parts (transmission, steering column,
    electricals) interchangeable?

    B/c I'm thinking of importing a Jap Legend (I live in the Caribbean),
    but american parts are easier to get...
