I have 126k on my 2001 EX-V6. I had to add Power Steering fluid a while
back (maybe 50-60k) and now it's needing more. It's not on the lower mark,
and I can find no leaks. So this is not accessive by any means. Is this
    normal?

If you are having to add PS fluid on a regular basis that is not
normal. There may be no visible "leaks" however there probably is
seapage which is much more difficult to spot if you are not looking.
Usually what happens is the fluid never gets changed as it should and
it breaks down and becomes contaminated. At this point the fluid
starts to eat away at all the seals and hoses, causing seapage and
    eventually a failure somewhere.
Changing the fluid at this point won’t stop the inevitable but may
prolong it a little longer. It is best and cheaper to replace the
seals now so you don’t ruin the pump, should be fairly easy and
    inexpensive.

But is every 60k, adding enough to take it from the lower line to the upper
    mark considered excessive?

I don't see any seepage under the car, it's as clean as can be.

I would not consider that excessive but the fluid has to be going
    somewhere.
