Advice on window troubleshooting?

I have an odyssey with a window that will not go down. It does seem to go
up, I can hear/see it putting pressure on the rubber piece on the door.. I
have taken off the door panel and looked inside its just I cannot see where
the motor and regulator meet. Has anyone had any experience with this on a
1st gen. odyssey?

Loose assembly?

I have seen this problem with an Accord. First to check is whether it`ll go
down by inputting power directly to the motor. If you`re thinking of turning
the gear manually, which I thought so too, you won`t be able to see it. My
problem turns out that the window glass arms assembly (not correct name) is
loosely attach to doorframe.

 

Koji, I plan on removing the door panel again to try and get a better look.
Will also check the bolts and make sure everything is tight...
