Hi, my daughter brushed up on a curb and scratched an alloy wheel on a
2003 Honda Odyssey. Is there a product or method I could use to buff
    these scratches out?

    Any help will be appreciated.

are they powder coated or just bare aluminum? if they are just aluminum
they will have a clear cote on them but once you get below that you can
file the scratches flush and buff them back to gloss, but the affected
area will oxidise more quickly and will need to be re-polished again.
if they are powder coated they will probally need to be professionally
    done.
