Today, I noticed an odd odor coming from the car when its warmed up. And
then the "Maintenance Required" Light is on. Its a 2002 Accord SE,
    well-maintained, 23,000 miles.
The odor is not very strong, but I have noticed it from other
    cars....Radiator kind of smell.
Any ideas....My dealer cant take me in till Friday.....

If by 'Radiator kind of smell', you mean Antifreeze (or coolant) odour.
You may have a leak in your heater core. Unusual in such a young vehicle,
but, entirely possible. Check your Owners Manual for instructions on
resetting the maintenance required light on the dash, if you don't know how
to go about doing so already.

Sounds to me as if you might have a small leak in your heater core. You did
not say weather smell was from inside of car or outside.
