anyone seen "3421" license plates?

hey guys, i'm having a problem with my plates. i have "3421" registered in
california but it seems that honda/acura also uses the same plate as their
default plates or dealer's plates...i dont know which yet. and because of
this of been recieving a ton a delinquent parking violations in the mail
from various states especially california, all up and down the coast. i'm
tired of having to argue all of these tickets and am trying to get to the
bottom of this. i've talked to the DMV and they said they just told me to
keep fightin the tickets or get new plates. i've talked to honda, and they
claim to not know anything about it. i did some researching and found pics
