Other than "genuine" Honda parts.....What is considered the best after market
parts you can use on Hondas?

Denso, Beck -Arnley, Bosch, Napa, are some of the ones I have noticed.

    Any ones better than others??

(Delpie) spake unto the masses in

Denso is an OEM supplier to Honda and Toyota among other makers. Some
electrical components sold at Honda dealers are made by Denso (formerly
    called Nippondenso).

Owned by Dana, an OEM to the American Big Three. Beck/Arnley is strictly
    aftermarket.

Bosch is OEM to a number of European makers. Robert Bosch GmbH invented the
    oxygen sensor.

NAPA is just a retailer. They buy other aftermarket maker's parts and put
them in boxes with their own name on them.

OEM parts are made to OEM specs. Aftermarket parts--whether made by
companies that are OEM suppliers or not--are usually NOT made to the same
standards. In general, you get what you pay for. Cheaper is NOT usually
    better.

With some rare exceptions (the rad, for instance), I prefer Honda OEM.
