What do you mean by "paint care"? Washing? Drying? Polishing?
Waxing? Removing swirl marks? Removing contaminants?

Since you're in France, you may be able to get a hold of Meguiar's
    products which are pretty good.

In Poland they're not available, but I brought some with me from the US.
I use their Gold Class shampoo for general washing. I wash the car with
a wool mitt. I use the Absorber for drying - it's kind of like a
    synthetic chamois - good stuff.

I clean the paint with a claybar twice a year. Again, there don't seem
to be any claybars where I am, so buy this stuff from the US. The one I
    like is called ClayMagic.

For protection I use Zaino Z-1/Z-2. It's a synthetic polymer sealant
and lasts a long time. I put on two/three coats twice a year, and it
pretty much lasts for 6 months (water still beads).

If you have swirl marks, Meguiar's has some stuff for that, too. So
does 3M and a few others. Having a light-colored car and never taking
it to an automatic car wash, I don't have any problems with swirl marks,
so I never needed to used that stuff. On darker paints those can be a
real pain though and require a lot of work to cover up. I just got some
3M Swirlmark Remover for my mom's V40, but haven't gotten to using it
yet. It's kind of pointless, because all she's going to do is take the
car to some automatic carwash place and get more swirl marks again. :-(

    Cheers,

    Pete

For removing stubborn tiny little black dots (airborne pollutants,
industrial fallout, tar, etc.) that make your paint feel not smooth. If
you don't do this step, no matter how much wax you put on, the paint
will not feel nice and smooth. It really does make a lot of difference.
