    Check your brake fluid level.

  3. If topping off the brake fluid fixes the problem, please let me know.
My brake light goes on when I accelerate and goes off when I stop the car.

    I have a 99 Accord V6 EX
    Thanks in advance

If you mean the light that is red and says "Brake", it is only wired to go
on on when the parking brake is not fully disengaged or the fluid level is
    low in the master cylinder.

If you mean the light that says "brake lights", then one or more of the
lights is/are not good or the sensor is messed up.

yes this is the case, there is a sensor on the cap of the reserve tank,
its not critical if it is flashing because it still pretty full but get
    on that pretty soon tho
