i have a 99 crv, and i was servicing the brakes and i unscrewed the brake
fluid bolt and brake fluid came out. Now after that the brake doesn't work
well. Any ideals how to fix it.

The brake fluid bolt?? I don't know what that might be, but you probably
introduced air into the system. Get the brakes bled by somebody who knows
    how.

  5. If the braking system is a standard non-abs then insert a 2 feet see-thru
auquarium tube with the other end into a hung bottle. Step 1) Pump the brake
and hold, unscrew the bolt slightly, tapping the caliper (not required.)
Close the screw, and repeat step 1 until it runs clear or clear of bubbles.

Use caution, place block of wood about 1 and a half or 2 inches thick under
the pedal. Close the cap if working for more than four hours and keep it
full. Start from the longest brake line. (RR, LR, RF, LF.) Recommend you
    do all four.
