"Transport Canada advises that an excessive amount of silicone grease may
have been applied to the telescoping mechanism of the steering column
during vehicle assembly. Oil can separate from the grease, which can
form droplets that may fall onto the brake light switch, causing brake light
failure and making it impossible to shift the transmission from the Park
    position.

    About 1,000 cars are affected."
