CAR seat wont fold forward!!!!

    hi there!!!

    im new to this, and i need heLP!!!!
    i have a 2000 honda prelude. today my car seat got stuck. i cant fold
    it forward. what to do!!! anyone can help???

    Look for the obstruction.
