How long is a piece of string?

You want to use OEM or aftermarket? Phone around and get quotes.

If you have EGR problems, those will need to be diagnosed before they can
be fixed. Diagnostics can get expensive.

    Hi Tegger,
    Thanks for reply.
Can u tell me a bit more about the EGR problems ? Is this also related
    to the Catalytic converter??

EGR problems can range from poor drivability at low revs to emissions test
    failures.

EGR is not related to the catalytic converter.

Care to give more details of your particular problems?
