I recently bought a used Honda Accord 2001, after my purchase I
noticed that the display on the CD is ERR and none of the keys are
    functioning.

Even the FM/AM or caseete are not working. I beleiev it is not
    initializing.

    Can someone help

    Thanks in advance

Is this an in-dash CD player? Most of them don't like recordable CDs, and
the previous owner may have put one in there. I have heard of them getting
stuck in that case, and operating system in the player stops responding.
There is also an in-trunk CD player that takes a magazine of 6 CDs. It is
essential to know which unit you have. If it is a dash unit maybe if you
press the eject button while you power on the unit or the ignition the
    offending CD will be ejected.

Your best bet is probably a new unit. Consumer electronics aren't really
suitable for field repair any more.

If you have the security code for the stereo, try disconnecting the
battery for 30 seconds to let the stereo (and it's connected devices)
reboot. You need the CODE if it has a blinking light that says
ANTI-THEFT. Read your owner's manual for the explanation.

Could be a CD label wrapped around the rollers, then you're looking at
removal / repair to correct it. You can do both yourself if you're handy.
