Went and bought a CD player for MY 2000 Accord SE
and it plays store bought CD's, but when I copy it and play the copy
it take about 30-45 seconds to start playing and If I go between
tracks, the same problem. The CD plays fine in other players.

    Anyone else have this problem?

  2. Gary,

Burn them at a slower speed, and also try different media. This issue
has been covered here before. Do a search for more details.

That was 2-3 years ago, my player is new and I have tried Phillips and Fuji
    CDR's
    and the same problem

  4. What was 2-3years ago? The CD-R issue in automobile players is a regular
here and in other NGs. Many brand name CD-Rs are now just the usual junk
from Taiwan - the same stuff sold as a loss-leader at CompUSA et.al.
Curly's advice was good. Do yourself a favor and get 10 each of Taiyo
Yuden and Mitsui CD-Rs and see which works better. If you can't find them
locally try an on-line store like www.cd-dvd-supplies.com or
    www.mediasupply.com

Tried Fuji and Phillips...are they good one's?
all my CDR's play fine in a Panasonic and Honda 04 CR-V
and my daughters 99 Accord LX with a Honda add on changer
    like mine.

    Thanks

I have no problems with cd-r's in my 2000 Accord SE with factory add-in
CD player. It just won't play MP3's (expected).
