civic DX front bumper replacement

    Any advice how to replace a bumper? Can the avergae guy DIY? A quote from
    one body repair shop wanted over $1000+ for labor only.
    Or know any honest/reliable body shop in the Gilbert/AZ area?

    What year civic?
    i own a 2002 and i have to remove the bumper in order to swap out my
    headlights.

    It takes only 5 - 10 mins to take it off and put it back on

    There 10 black clips and 4 screws that need to be removed:
    4 where the hood and bumper meet in the front
    6 under the car holding the splash guard
    2 in the wheel wells 1 on each side.
    2 on the bottom corners of the bumper holding the splash guard in place. 1
    on each side
