    The vehicle - 95 Civic

The problem - The drivers seat does not travel the entire length of the
track without 'sticking' or 'catching'. With a 'little' force, one can
overcome this and finish the travel.

I have the seat out and pinpointed the problem to the 'outboard' track. The
track has been removed, but I still cannot tell what it is 'hitting' on. And
there doesn't seem to be any way to further disassemble the track, at least
not for a 'shade tree mechanic'

Any history on this? A google search revealed nothing...

    Rick

    TIA

    ADD'L INFO

Viewing the track from the inner side, the portion of the track that 'locks'
the seat into position is visibly bent. Placing a straight edge along this
section of the track reveals a .037 gap at the widest point (in the center,
    right where the seat 'sticks').

With no way to continue disassembly, replacement seems to be the only
    option...

Of course, unless any of you have ideas or suggestions (please...)
