Civic SI vs. Base RSX

    The RSX looks cooler anyways...
    regardless of power... but if you're a real racing fanatic then it's another

  3. They're virtually the same car as far as I know. The rsx is based on the
    civic. Just like the integra was almost the same as the civic, but with the
    acura touch.

    well, depends on what model, if your'e talking bout the type s rsx then the
    engine is different as well as various suspension components. The RSX has a
    "real" vtec version while the civic si has a toned down version

    Go with the Si. The RSX has a stupid PLASTIC intake manifold. Otherwise
    they're pretty identical cars and share MANY of the same components.

    Also you can get the Civic SI for about 8,000 less than the Type-S and if
    you wanted to it would only cost about $4,000 to install the Type-S engine
    and 6 speed tranny into the SI
