I have a 98 Accord, and the clock light is not lighting up on the instrument
panel. All other instrument panel lights are working. Is there a special
fuse for this one light? Or is there an easy way to replace the "bulb" if
    there is one?

    Thanks for any help.

Known problem. TSB 01-097: Clock Light Does Not Work.

Solution: Remove clock from dash, replace bulb.

To remove clock: See page 22-129 in Service Manual, which I do not have,
    sorry.

  3. Bulb is easy.

Clock pries out from the bottom; just get a thin blade, and maybe a rag
to protect underneath. Pry it out. Disconnect. Find bulb. Unscrew.
Replace. Reconnect harness. Push back into place.

    2 minutes, tops.

Check out this link (though this applies to 1999+ Accords & Odysseys)
    http://www.hondalac.com/service/Bulletins/x01-097e.pdf

Also, this site [www.installdr.com] has several good views of radio
replacements for Hondas, and other makes. The 1999+ version of
instructions has good pics of clock & how it comes out - not sure
    about 1998 though.

If 98 is anything like my 2000, bulb is tiny - $2 @ dealer, half that
at Radio Shack (as I found out later).

Your parts diagrams are at www.slhondaparts.com You will probably need
to get the part from the dealer though.
