College Park Hyundai

We have had a nightmare of a buying experience with College Park
Hyundai, They are also dealers for Honda. Several misrepresentations
were made to us and the sales people including the General Manager
took the view that we can do nothing now. We have written to the
Dealer, the Finance Company and are planning on writing to Hyundai
Motor Corp. It seems they can do little. We deal with the dealers at
our peril. We were amazed to realize that the arrogance of the General
Manager was so gross he did not even read our complaint, and spoke in
obvious ignorance of its contents. He just did not care. He had sold
the car and that was it....

 

Too bad, so sad..... who cares.
