Color Code for 2004 Odyssey

Discussion in 'Odyssey' started by Debasis Goswami, Sep 30, 2004.

  1. I damaged a small body portion of my 2004 Odyssey with Honda color name
"Starlight Silver Metallic". However, I need to know the color code to buy
paint to fix this. Body shop is asking $850 to fix the panels on the
passenger side. The sliding door bottom has damaged are of about 6"x2" and
the passenger door bottom corner has a little bend. I pulled out the bent
body sheet metal to make it reasonably straight at the bottom. If I can
paint this stuff to avoid rusting, Iwill save big money. However, I need the
    all important color code.

If you have this info, please let me know.

    Thanks,
    DG.

It's on the label below the latch, on the door frame of the driver's
side. Your owner's manual tells you where to find it also.

If you ask here, we might tell you a wrong number. We can't ssee your
    car from here. :-(

While both the service and operator manual say it should be there on my 04
Odyssey it just aint there. The code I gave above is listed in the Service
manual for that color. Any auto paint store can verify the number for him.
Any information on any newsgroup should be verified before using as there
are many who pride themselves on giving out smartass and stupid remarks.....

it is there! it's the alphanumeric code under the bar code on the
vin tag on the b-pillar. and the second to last character is the
    interior color code.
