I am trying to find the stupid thing. COuld anyone point out where it
is? I didnt think I would need a Chilton manual just to change the
    coolant!

    Thanks!

If you're in North America, you may find the block heater is screwed
into the drain hole. That's the way it is on the first generation of
    CR-V.

  3. not on any gen 6 civic I have worked on (about 10 or so, and I'm in the great
white north.) goddam block heater is usually in one of the expansion plug
holes on the backsid of the engine near the oil filter.

the drain cock should be on the lower driver side of the rad in the 99.
