Diesel Honda's?

    in europe a petrol engine can't keep up with a modern diesel in terms of
    power

    a common 2.0 4 cyl 16v petrol engine has around 140 hp and 170 Nm of torque

    a common 2.0 4 cyl turbodiesel engine with direct injection, common rail
    etc has around 130 hp but 280 Nm of torque

    so, on the road the accelaration of 80 km/h to 120 km/h is much faster with
    a diesel

    in europe the economic sense of a diesel depends on the taxsystem of that
    country

    in terms of fuel economics, a modern petrol engine like toyota's vvti of
    honda's i-vtec uses nearly as much fuel as a diesel
