I seem to replace the distributor cap and rotor in my 1994 accord EX every
6 months. I only drive about 7K miles during that time. What is the best
brand of cap and rotor to use.? Thank you in advance.

cap and rotor should last longer than 6 months.
change every 60K mi. or 5 years.
use honda parts, buy online/mail order for discount price. Change out
    plugs at the same time.

What is the reason you are replacing it? If it is arcing then you have other
problems such as water/oil getting in it. This could be bad seals in the
    distributor shaft.

Amongst the aftermarket parts, the ones the NAPA stored carry seems to
be the best quality that I have found. Stay away from the aluminum
contact caps. They wear very quickly.
