Do Hondas sit low?

Is the seating in Honda lower than comparable sedans?

    My brother's father-in-law claims it's harder to get into / out-of
Hondas than similar cars. He's on his 2nd Accord. Of course, he's an old
fart, 70s, so that might have something to do with it. I'm a middle-aged
fart, 49, so the issue is not devoid of concern for me. What do you
    owners think?

My parents whine about it sometimes, but i remember when I
bought my civic, it seemed high! Thats because I traded in
with a 1985 Nissan 200sx, which was a lot lower.

Kinda miss my old Nissan rust bucket, I wish I had kept it
as a rally car or something. Then again, maybe I'll stick
    with my civic.... :)

The new Accord has a much higher seating position. Personally, I prefer the
older model in which the seating position is closer to the floor. The last
time I tried to get into a 2004 Accord coupe, I whacked my head against the
roof frame... There's no f**ing head room in that car and the high seating
    position isn't helping.
