Anyone have a clue what this error code means. This is for a 98
Accord with a 4cycl. vtec LX model. Car just had fuel pump replaced,
ran like a champ for about a month and is now doing a very similiar
thing which is it misses when you accelerate. Any help would be
    greatly appreciated.

"No signal in the Cylinder Position (CYP) sensor circuit."
Which is a sensor inside the distributor housing which tells the the FI
computer the position of #1 cylinder. According to Civic manual code could
be a short, a damaged distributor housing (what the dist. cap attaches to)
    or faulty engine control module.

Further, it is either a faulty CYP sensor, CYP sensor circuit or ECM/PCM.

Here's another question...exactly how accurate do you think the
computer is? I'm afraid that fixing this error code isn't the end of
    the problem.

Why did you replace the fuel pump? Did a "friend" or corner garage
"diagnose" your misfire problem? My advice is to bite the bullet and make an
appointment with your local Honda dealer's service department. Your Honda is
too valuable to let amateurs work on it. ;>)
