Extended warranty

I bought my Odyssey in 2021. It had 17,000 miles on it. I bought the extended warranty from the dealer and was told it added 100,000 miles and seven years. I’ve taken it back to the dealer that I bought it from three timesand told him there was something wrong with the transmission , It was returned to me and they said there was no problem with the transmission that’s just the way it shifts. My transmission went out totally two weeks ago and now they’re telling me that it’s not covered even though it only has 101 thousand miles on it. I was under the understanding it would be good for 117,000 miles since that was 100,000 miles from when I bought it, I’m open to any advice anyone has thank you in advance
