    Hello,
My accord lx is less than 3 years old with
25,000 miles on it, but I am starting to hear
a faint squeal when I brake.

I guess the brake pads wouldn't be covered
    in the 3-year warranty, correct?

It seems too early to need pads. Can anyone
pass on any suggestions from their past experiences
on any good chains that do this job well and
possibly give long warranties on parts/labor?

Also, for those of you who do a lot of city
driving, have you had to replace pads at 25K?

    Thank you for any advice!

take a graden hose, and rinse all the brake dust out.
    nope. its a wear item.
the girlfriend has gone through pads on an automatic tranny equipped
RAV4 that fast. she tends to go as fast as she can, and brake hard at
    the last minute.

want em to last? dont ride em. see a light turning red up ahead? coast
    to slow down before braking.
