    Does anyone make a free exhaust system for a 1991 Civic

    If so, what's a ball-park cost US$ installed

    If you have an OEM HONDA replacement muffler in your Civic at present,
    then it has a lifetime free replacement warranty (parts plus labor).
    Rest of the exhaust (B-pipe etc) does not carry a warranty. B-pipe
    replacement costs about $250-300 at a dealership (parts plus labor).
