1989 Honda Civic LX 4-door sedan for sale. $2,850.00 USD
(Piedmont Triad Area of North Carolina--and I am the third owner of this
    car.)

Last December I purchased a 1989 Honda Civic LX 4-door sedan that needed
some repairs. Here's what all I replaced on it shortly after purchasing it
    last December:

Battery, tires, speedometer cable, front floor mats, wiper blades, master
cylinder, spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, air filter, PCV valve,
wheel covers(bought a brand new set of Honda OEM wheel covers of the
original style that came on the car), taillight bulbs, rear turn signal
bulbs and air conditioning compressor, evaporator and dryer. A/C works
really, really well now even on hot, humid summer days. Also, the previous
owner had just replaced the timing belt right before I bought it. I had an
independent Asian car mechanic to verify this for me when he did the
complete tune up and master cylinder replacement. He said that the previous
had indeed had the timing belt replaced. The second day I owned this car I
had the transmission fluid changed and they used Honda ATF for the refill.
NOTE: I have the documentation/receipts to prove the major repairs above
    have been done.

Interior looks so good in this car that lots of people are simply amazed
that it's a 1989 year model car. The interior is over and beyond nice.
Exterior has some scratches and dings here and there, but is in decent shape
overall. Some people say "looks pretty good for a 1989 model". There's this
one dent in the passenger side rear door that Dent Wizards or DentWorks
could easily repair. It's the most significant dent/ding. Panasonic
aftermarket stereo sounds pretty darn good. AM/FM radio works--and so does
the CD player. The radio station/CD track no. display doesn't light up on
the detachable faceplate though. Not sure if that can be fixed relatively
cheap or not. Haven't looked into it myself.

Engine runs really, really good--and is VERY clean!

Just picked up a 2001 Civic LX yesterday so we no longer need this car. We h
ave five cars between the wife and I so this particular Civic is the one
vehicle that we're going to sell for now.

If you have any interest in this car, please write me at:

(You'll need to remove the obvious.)
