    Looking to sell the 1995 Del Sol. Hoping to find a hobbyist that likes to
    tinker (though someone could just drive the car as it is right now).

    What is the best way to get top dollar for a Del Sol?

    Try autotrader dot com. It will let you search for cars of similar
    mileage and condition nationwide and find the going rate. Then spiff
    yours up and advertise.
