Fuel Filter Change on 98 Civic

    Hi guys i have a 98 civic cx and am trying to change my fuel filter, i seem
    to be able to get everything off except the freaking line on the bottom of
    the fuel filter. The nut on it won't budge any suggestions on how to turn
    it without bending the line?
