  2. What do you mean by "it has good comp" and "it has 160-165"?

Is this a manual or an automatic? EPA rated the 1990-93 Accord at 28mpg on
the highway with an automatic, and 31mpg with a manual. In fact, I had a
'93 Accord automatic that regularly averaged 32-34mpg in highway driving.

What are your driving habits like? Easy-going, average or aggressive?

How are the tire pressures? Are the tires the correct size?

Is it very cold in your area?

When was the last time the air filter was changed?

When was the last time it got a tune-up with new spark plugs (OEM)?

160-165 means cylinder compression with 248000 i checked it to make sure it
didnt have bad comp. this is a 4 speed auto my driving is average tires
are fine. air filter is fine and just put new pluges in and yes here in
wisconsin it is dam cold right now.

  4. Assuming the new plugs are OEM and not aftermarket, it's the cold weather
    that is affecting your mileage.

several gasoline refiners also change the "mix" during the winter months
even in non-cold weather locales. I experienced the same loss of economy
begining in mid December regardless of brand with my 97 cougar and my 95
    dodge and my 90 Honda
