gas gauge

    Civic 02 EX automatic 32K miles.

    A few days ago, the gas warning light came on with 1/4 tank left. It stayed
    on for about 10 miles and then went off.

    I refueled, I've put about 100 miles on the car and the needle has barely
    moved. Any thoughts?

    flaky float switch in the tank? the standard warranty is about to expire.
