On saturday I cleaned my EGR ports to take care of an O2 senser and it
seams to have worked. However, now my car seams to be leaking gas or
has a very strong smell of gasoline. Any help???

Neither system touches the fresh fuel supply unless it was bumped into
in the process. EGR works with exhaust -- burned fuel and O2 sensor in
    the exhaust stream.

Check connections and caps for starters. Where is the smell coming
from? Engine bay, under car, rear of the car? etc.

Okay so I located the leak and it appears that the leak is coming from
a cracked O-Ring on the fuel injector where the fuel injector enters
the Fuel Rail. I have purchased new O-Rings for the fuel injectors
from the Honda dealership. What kind of lubricant should be used to
push the fuel injectors back into the Fule Rail?

Motor oil and nothing else. Especially DO NOT even THINK about using
    silicone.

If that O-ring is torn, then somebody was ham-fisted who touched it last
time. you have to be /very/ careful when reinstalling the injectors into
    the fuel rail.

Remember that the injectors are installed into the rail *first*, then
the whole rail is assembled to the intake manifold.
