  1. My hazard lights are not blinking when i enable it from top of the steering
wheel column. My left and right signals work. I am driving a 1987 Honda
    Civic GL

There are two 12v supply lines for the turn/hazard. One is probably
low. In my '87, the one feeding the hazard was about 6-7v, not nearly
enough to engage the hazards. I don't remember the wire colours, but
you'll find them in the Haynes manual. If you trace the wire back to
its origin (I don't know if it's the fuse box inside the car or in the
engine compartment) you'll likely find that the connection is
corroded. Due to my lack of experience at the time, I just left it
alone and eventually scrapped the car, when it was no longer
    roadworthy.

Rest in pieces, my little red 1500s!
~410,000kms at time of death.. Body baaad, engine strong.

If you don't have a Haynes or Helm manual, I can post back the wire
colour you should be looking for. To get you started, it's one of the
ones connected to the hazard switch!! ;-D
