Head curtain airbags in 2005

Hello,

I heard that in 2005 ALL Honda Accords are going to come standard with the
dual front, side and head curtain airbags. I was wondering if this is going
to at least be offered on the Civics in 2005? If not, I may have to
reconsider and buy an Accord LX instead in 2005.

I guess it will be the Accord LX then for me.

 

They will be mandated for all U.S. cars in 2009. Get the Accord
anyway; far superior car and the extra weight will be a big benefit
too in a collision. The side curtains aren't going to do you any good
if the entire structure of the car is coming apart.
