I'm not getting fuel to my carb. I've replaced both fuel filters and am now
looking at replacing the fuel pump. I'm having trouble locating the fuel
    pump.

Could someone tell me where the fuel pump is?

    Try the drawings at

-- www.autozone.com Autozone's site is very good for make, model, and year
specific repair info and component location information (1995 and older Hondas
only, unfortunately). It doesn't get enough publicity here. Try either
"component location" or the "repair guides" at the autozone site. For the fuel
pump location, it says, "TRUNK AREA, PASSENGER SIDE, REAR OF WHEELWELL, UNDER
FLOOR PANEL, UNDER ACCESS PLATE, MOUNTED IN TOP OF FUEL TANK" The repair
guide says your car's fuel pump is mounted inside the fuel tank; skim through
the whole repair guide site on replacing the fuel pump before proceeding. (I
can't post a link without violating Autozone's copyright.)

It looks like it's located in the fuel tank, http://tinyurl.com/3yf3h.

Have you checked the fuse? Or have you checked to make sure that you're
getting power back to the pump?

This is an easy job. I just did it on my 1988 Accord. In the trunk,
under the carpet, there are two round covers. Under the left one is the
fuel pump. First make sure you are getting power back there and everything.
The fuel pump only runs when the car is running on the carbureted ones. You
will need to bypass the relay to test this on the carbureted models. Let me
know if you need more details.

The access cover is held on with a tar-like substance. When I first took
it off it was a hot day and it was in the sun and it popped off easily with
a screw driver. When I took it off next it was cool and the thing didn't
want to come off easily. Rather than risk bending it, I heated a 6" pot on
the stove and then rested it on the cover. It softened the sealer and the
cover came right off. Whatever you do, don't burn yourself or anything
    else.

There is one hose, one wire and 8 nuts you have to take off. Then you
just pull up on the pump. You'll probably need to twist it a little to
unhook it from where it might hang up.
