help 1995 civic motor

    runs fines terrible thumping sound massive oil consumtion??
    any suggestions

    "Runs fine" is an oxymoron for the rest of the description. Sounds like a
    broken ring section has worked its way up into the combustion chamber, and
    is embedded in the top of the piston.

    In any case, the head has to come off, and you likley find you need a new
    engine.
