Anyone have experience changing the headlights to HID / Xenon on a 2005
    Honda Accord?

    And/or opinions on 6k vs 8k vs 10k

Higher temperatures are fine for show cars, but they apparently produce less
light. Why not use 4200 ?K bulbs like the original ones on the TL or TSX?
This site doesn't recommend using more than 6000 ?K bulbs for street use:

my 10000k's are just as bright as my 6000k's. so if you dont have em,
    experience em.

    Lex,
Thanks for the reply. I hope you don't mind a few follow on questions.

Do you prefer either more than the other?

    What brand/model did you get?

    Approx price?

    Difficulty installing?

    Thanks in advance,

    Brian

i like them both the same, the 6000k kit i got was from a friend, its from a
company called K2. those are really purple. the other kit i got was from
www.xenonking.com the 10000k was about 360 bucks shipped and these are like
an indigo color. from what i understand the 8000k kit are more blue, and the
5000k are more white. the 12000k kit i haven't seen either but i heard its
purple bluish like a UV light. xenonking.com uses the Mcculloch brand kits.
these kits are easy to install. its all plug and play. all you gotta do is
come up with a clever place to mount the ballast and igniter boxes.
