Honda Accord 97 UK spec - Leather steering wheel cover

Discussion in 'Accord' started by Steve Bigelow, Feb 10, 2005.

  1. The leather steering cover on my 1997 Honda Accord (UK car) is worn
down and I would like to have it replaced. Unfortunately Honda UK do
not supply covers - prefer to sell a new steering wheel for £600
($1000+) instead. Do you know of anyone who can supply a genuine Honda
cover, please let me know. Many thanks - Chris

I've been very pleased with my wheelskins wheel cover.

If the car came with the cover, it's part of the wheel and you cannot get
it. The only thing you can do is see if a leather shop can make you one. I
would think it would be fairly simple to cut the old one off and use it as a
template for the new one.... but I'm not in that profession, so I don't
    know.

majestic or one of the online stores sells an optional honda factory
cover for the civic wheel... leather, lace up. should fit the accord as
    well.
