Honda Civic '92 no spark?

My '92 Honda Civic HB has been having trouble starting in hot weather. I
have replaced the cap & roter, coil, spark plugs, radiator, and now the
water pump (which was leaking) and the timing belt. Now, it's not
starting; not getting a spark. She just won't turn over........no matter
    what the weather.
Anyone got any ideas? Vaccum leak? Fuel line issue?

    Thanks.

Put the shotgun away. Spray-and-pray is expensive.

    Check here:

Also, please be more specific about your issue. "Won't turn over" decribes
the starter not operating, which I gather is not your problem here.

    Thanks for your response.
Yeah, there has been a lot of issues. Mainly, it's been an overheating
problem which I thought I fixed by replacing the water pump. I also
though it was in the distributor, but I also replaced all of those parts.
I hope that it isn't a problem in the engine itself due to the massive over
heating it was experiencing recently. Also, it wouldn't start in the heat
and it would sometimes turn off randomly in the heat while I was driving
if I didn't have it revved up enough, if it wasn't over heating. My
friend thought it may be something with the computer system that is
"protecting" it. I don't know, it just tries and tries and won't actually
start. Maybe it is the starter. How would I find out if it is?
    ?Confused?

There are a few candidates for what's behind your problems.
I think the group still needs more clarifying info.

You say there's no spark. What did you do to check for
    spark? As needed, see
    http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/startproblems.html#checkspark
for how to check for spark. Note the caution (in red at the
site above!) about grounding the plugs properly so the coil
is not destroyed while checking for spark

Hot weather starting problems often indicate the main relay
    is the problem. See
    http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/startproblems.html#mainrelay
.. Has your main relay ever been replaced or re-soldered?

At this point, your engine may be flooded, and this is
behind it's not starting. To correct, see
    http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/startproblems.html#flooded

Did you use genuine Honda parts (= OEM parts) for the cap,
    rotor, plugs, and coil?

If you hear the mechanical parts of the engine turning (and
it sounds like you do), then the starter is working.

How old are the car's ignition wires? Tips for checking
    their condition appear at
    http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/startproblems.html#leakywires
.. If they're very old, they may very well be behind the
problems here. Again, use only genuine Honda parts for all
ignition parts. You'll pay more, but you get more life from
them and better car performance. I am frugal and learned
    this the hard way.

These items are all very common causes of start problems on
a Honda Civic of your car's age. It's more likely it's one
of these (or a combination) than anything else.
