    I would check the fuel pump relay, next time the car wont turn on check
    for 6V at the fuel pump when the car is turned to ON but not started,
    you should hear the click of the relay turn on aswell. relays often fail
    over a period and are intermitent and gradually get worse. another check
    is to short the fuel pump to the battery then try start the car, if it
    starts that will confirm the relay is dying.

    Check your oil. Seriously.. Some Hondas have a low oil sensor which
    will cause exactly the problem you're having.

    ========================

    To prevent wasting time on finding a cure:

    Turn off all accessories. Turn key to position II. Listen to fuel pump
    in rear of car run for about two seconds. If you don't hear it run,
    you'll probably have to change or resolder the Main Relay.

    As a test, (with key still in position II) smack the dash on the left
    side of steering wheel, and listen for the fuel pump to run for a couple
    seconds. If the pump runs, the car will now start (until next time),
    CONFIRMING that you need to resolder or replace the Main Relay.

    Search this group for Main Relay to find links to several good 'fix your
    relay' pages.
