    please
If the timing belt has a full refund guarantee, why
don't you take it back and get your money back?

    Experience is a wonderful thing.
It enables you to recognize a mistake when you make
    it again.

No need to yell, I could 'hear' you well enough
before. It was a simple question, calm down. How can
someone who buys it from you, receive a refund
without a receipt from the store.

No offence intended, but something doesn't sound
    quite right.

non sense that says, if you type in caps you are yelling , thats just
    foolishness
