Honda Element fault codes

    I would like to know if for Honda Element is a way to check myself
    fault codes. On my older Voyager (Chrysler) I used to chech the codes
    regulary, putting ignition contact on-off-on-off-on and read the code
    (as flashing ligths). What about Honda?
